For four years, patrons have come from all over to enjoy the Medicine Park Flute Festival and Art Walk.

Artist Sandra Dunn explains the impact of the event on the community.

“It is wonderful meeting new people and getting them interested in art,” said Dunn. “The art walk creates a lot of exposure for local artist. It is a great activity for children and families. Between the art and the music, it is a nice cultural event.”

Festivities started at 8 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. and will continue Sunday morning from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The two day event fills main street of Medicine Park. Patrons can find handmade instruments, arts & crafts, a juried art show and live performances.
